The Deputy Majority Leader of Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Adedamola Richard Kasunmu has expressed condolences to the family of late Alhaja Taibata Olaide Alli, who Ojodu LCDA. In a condolence message from the DML, Hon. Kasunmu said: “I am deeply saddened by the sudden passing of one of our strong, charismatic and dedicated women in Ward F, Ojodu LCDA, Mrs. Alli, who tragically passed on in active duty earlier today just as the rallies for Wards E and F were about to commence”.
Hon. Kasunmu who was already within the periphery of the rally in readiness for attending, when the heartbreaking news filtered in, described Alhaja Alli as “a true and committed member of the progressive political family in Ojodu Ward F, — loyal, passionate, and always active”
Stating further, Hon. Kasunmu wrote “My heartfelt condolences go to her immediate family and the entire political in Ojodu LCDA and Ikeja Constituency 2.
She paid the ultimate price in the course of achieving success for our party and in the quest to ensure good governance in our Constituency. Her sacrifice will never be in vain.
Once again my condolences to her family and the entire Ojodu political family.
May her shortcomings be forgiven and may her soul rest in perfect peace. Good night to an amazing woman”. Hon. Kasunmu stated.
